Targets for Instruction present instructors and trainers with detailed materials that include descriptions about each skill level with tools and techniques they can use in order to help individuals achieve their goals.

With English WorkKeys Targets for Instruction trainers are able to:

Use the workplace examples (tasks) given by the employee during the Key Skill Analysis session to create real life settings in which to practice English.
Focus on employees' skill gaps. In other words, prepare classes specifically geared towards improving writing, speaking, etc.
Provide students with consistent business English training, not "cram sessions" before the exam.
